East of Rome and stretching from the Apennine Mountains to the Adriatic Sea, Abruzzi is one of seven regions in the heartland of Italy. Perhaps best known for its unique and delicious pasta, Abruzzi is a province of farmers and shepherds, with a deeply traditional cuisine featuring local hams and cheeses from the mountain areas, sausages and cured meats, fresh fish and other seafood, and a bounty of fruits and vegetables.

Authentic Italian cooking techniques call for the use of high-quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients. In keeping with these time-honored customs, our menu features pasta made daily by hand, homemade sauces and desserts, as well as locally-grown and organic produce as much as possible. We combine traditions of the Italian heartland with contemporary culinary methods, working closely with local farms and other vendors in our community to bring the best ingredients to each preparation and exceptional food to each and every guest.
